Retail & Operations (Part-Time)

About The Role:

We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-loving individual to anchor O For Others’ in-store and online business.

You’ll oversee retail sales, customer service, in-store curation and restocks, inventory and back orders, and online fulfilment - all while representing our designers with passion and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Run daily retail operations including: opening & closing procedures, ensuring store cleanliness & organisation and providing excellent customer service
  • Manage in-store curation, visual presentation and restocks
  • Drive sales through styling, product knowledge and content creation
  • Handle online pick up orders, fulfilment and customer communication
  • Track inventory across in-store and online channels
  • Support pop-ups, launches and in-store events
  • Represent our brands and bring their stories to life for customers

Who You Are:

  • Prior retail experience is encouraged
  • Strong interest in emerging brands and storytelling
  • Strong people skills with a natural ability to connect with customers
  • Highly organised, detail oriented and proactive
  • Energetic, professional and eager to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Comfortable with basic computer and content creation tools (Google Suite, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Flexible with availability, including weekends and public holidays
