Retail & Operations (Part-Time)
About The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-loving individual to anchor O For Others’ in-store and online business.
You’ll oversee retail sales, customer service, in-store curation and restocks, inventory and back orders, and online fulfilment - all while representing our designers with passion and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Run daily retail operations including: opening & closing procedures, ensuring store cleanliness & organisation and providing excellent customer service
- Manage in-store curation, visual presentation and restocks
- Drive sales through styling, product knowledge and content creation
- Handle online pick up orders, fulfilment and customer communication
- Track inventory across in-store and online channels
- Support pop-ups, launches and in-store events
- Represent our brands and bring their stories to life for customers
Who You Are:
- Prior retail experience is encouraged
- Strong interest in emerging brands and storytelling
- Strong people skills with a natural ability to connect with customers
- Highly organised, detail oriented and proactive
- Energetic, professional and eager to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Comfortable with basic computer and content creation tools (Google Suite, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Flexible with availability, including weekends and public holidays
