Please note that goods sold cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless you receive an incorrect item(s) or goods with manufacturing defects. We regret that we cannot accept returns that do not meet these criteria.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at hello@oforothers.com within 7 days of receiving your items for assistance.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise. O For Others is not responsible for converting return shipping costs.

Upon approval of your return request, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Items must be returned in unworn and unused condition with tags attached and in the original brand packaging. Returns are not accepted for sale items, skincare, beauty products, or food items once opened, due to hygiene reasons, except for defective items upon arrival.

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and release the refund.

Retail & Operations (Part-Time)

About The Role:

We're looking for a Retail & Operations Associate to join our team at O For Others in REXKL, Kuala Lumpur.

You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes people into our space and the steady hand that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll help shape how people experience our space, our brands, and what we stand for.

What You'll Do:

  • Run daily retail operations: open & close, keep the space inviting and deliver great customer service
  • Drive sales through styling, product knowledge and content creation
  • Assist with store's visual merchandising - from displays to restocks
  • Manage online pick up orders, fulfilment and customer communication
  • Keep inventory organised across in-store and online channels
  • Support pop-ups, brand launches and special events
  • Share the stories behind our brands with curiosity and passion

Who You Are:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience - but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter most
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Plus points if you're multilingual!
  • Strong people skills - you enjoy connecting with customers
  • Organised, detail oriented and proactive - you notice the small things and take initiative
  • Curious about design, fashion, emerging brands and love sharing their stories
  • Comfortable with basic digital tools (Google Suite, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Flexible with availability, including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to reliably commute to REXKL, Kuala Lumpur
